Dave,
Thanks for meeting with the Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) in a number of meetings over
the last few weeks to discuss the DERR comments regarding the report titled: Cannon Pioneer Landfill VCP Expanded
Site Investigation 2024 Draft ver.0 dated March 21, 2025. Our comments included marked up copies of the document,
notes, and verbal discussions, with our last meeting held on Sep. 4, 2025. It is our understanding that Stantec will revise
the document accordingly and submit it to us for review.
As we move forward in the process of finalizing this report, and possibly moving forward with a Remedial Action Plan for
the site, we suggest having discussions early in the process for what will be proposed for a remedial action at the site,
and some of the details accompanying those actions. Thanks for all of your work on this site.
