A cap with small hole was placed over the vent hole in cabinet as suggested. Picture attached. A #14 or less mesh screen has been placed around the vent. Picture attached. A UV resistant sealant has been applied to the wellhead fixture. completely sealing it from outside contaminants. This seal will be inspected semiannually for degradation and replaced as nece attached. To resolve this deficiency, this vent needs to rendered not a vent by closing the opening and preventing debris from entering the tank.
