Hello Janette, The final version of your 2024 CCR is attached. I will also send this to Brandi Smith at the
Division of Drinking Water. I will CC you on the email so you will receive a copy when Brandi approves the
report.
After Brandi approves the report, you will need to do the following:
1.) Complete and sign the attached certification letter (you can either print it out or complete it
electronically)
2.) Send the completed & signed certification letter to Brandi Smith [e-mail]
3.) Deliver the report to your customers.
To send in the CCR electronically, send it to [e-mail].

partnership in 2024. As we move into the new year, it’s time to complete your 2024 CCR (Customer
Compliance Report) submission. We are committed to helping you with this process, but please note that
there have been some updates this year that require additional information.
