Dear Robin,
Please be advised that the following facilities no longer meet the Tier II chemical reporting requirements
under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). The facilities’ ability to feed and
store chlorine gas was physically removed in December of 2024. It was relocated/repurposed for our new
well #16 as part of a construction project.
