Hey Jennifer,
I went onsite for a sanitary survey at Woodland South Hills Irrigation last Thursday 8-21 and they have fixed two previous
deficiencies at WS002 Mountain Well. They fixed codes S028 and S029. I have attached a picture. WS002 is still
considered inactive and they did not fix the well seal so code S013 will need to stay. I plan on completing the report this
Friday in waterlink. Please let me know if you have any questions.
