Paul Wright <pwright@utah.gov>Mon, Aug 25, 2025 at 3:20 PM To: DDW IPS <ddwips@utah.gov> Jen, Mark Fisher, the operator for this water system sent me a photo and a video of the fixes in there chlorinator room. They have installed and automated fan that will exhaust any chlorine build up in the room near the floor. They also have cut some holes closer to the ceiling as air intakes. They also have a switch that turns on the fan near the door. The picture and video illustrate this. So this will resolve TD09 and TD10 related to facility TP003. Since there was a video, I didn't want to try to attach that through water link so I thought I would just do it here. Paul J.
