Thank you for your patience, apologies on the delay again for my review. Overall the project looks good my only
outstanding comments is that the tank mixer specifications were missing from the submittal. Additionally, the tank mixer
needs to be ANSI/NSF 61 certified. Please also submit the plan to get power to the mixer through the tank.

We will be using the PAX PWM 250 tank mixer, as called out in the plan set (sheet 82M801). I’ve attached
the product information and the UL/NSF 61 certification for your reference.

In response to your comments and additional feedback from JSSD, a few revisions have been made to the
plans, (also attached):

1. Sheets 10S201 & 10S203 – Added a hatch in the center of the tank and relocated the mixer to the
center, per JSSD’s request.
2. Sheets E201 & E801 – Updated the electrical site and conduit plans to show power routed to the
mixer.
3. Sheet 10S903 – Added a new mixer hatch detail showing the conduit routing to the mixer hatch.

Can you confirm that the new hatch in the middle of the tank will be shoe box style? From the drawings and looking up the
product number online it does not look like it.

of the Hail Peak Tank (Tank#6). This is the product that is currently referenced and called out in the drawings on sheet
