Hi James,
Thank you for this update. We have made note of this for the June violations. No monitoring violation will occur for June.
Additionally, we are still missing the seasonal start-up form for this system. Please submit it at your earliest convenience.

Right now, this system is on a list to receive a violation for missing the seasonal start up. If this gets completed, I will be
able to change that violation to a reporting violation which will result in 15 IPS points instead of the 50 IPS points for not
submitting the form at all.
