Subject: 2024Trer II Chemical Inventory Reports for Western Zirconium's Facility, Freeport
Center Warehouse, Ogden Storage Facility, and Salt Lake City Warehouse
This letter is to provide our certifications of the 2024Tier II Hazardous Chemical Inventory
Reports from four Westinghouse Electric Co.'s Westem Zirconium facilities. These include our
operations in Weber County, an Ogden Storage Facility and a warehouse at the Freeport Center.
A warehouse in Salt Lake City was closed. These reports were submitted electronically to the
SERC Tier II management program. These reports were also submitted by email to the Davis,
Weber, and Salt Lake City County's Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPC), and the
local Fire Departments. This letter provides the certifications for those four reports.
Please use the list of chemicals in these reports as an updated list of chemicals stored at these
facilities that are above the appropriate threshold. Please contact Mitch Bowling at 801-732-
