415-6a (3XcXi), the following monitoring report is submitted for Compass Minerals Ogden lnc. (Compass
Minerals). This report covers the period from l2lOt/2}24 to 0513112025. ln lieu of attaching a list of
permit requirements for which there were deviations, below is a list of deviation and breakdown reports
submitted in accordance with permit provision l.S.2.c and UAC R307-1-5a(3)(cXii) for the indicated
reporting period. A copy of submitted deviation reports is included in Appendix A for reference.

Notes:
1. Water strainers clogged, cleaned and excursion resolved
2. Water shortage due to broken water line. Line repaired, and excrusion resolved.
3. AH513: Water diverted to dryer for washout. Platn was not in operation during dryer washout. Shut valve
and excursion resolved.

5. Continued intermittent excrusions due to loss of water from pump in previous week. Fine tuning of flow
adjustments required periodically.
6. Water usage in plant impacted flow to scrubbers. Flow was adjusted and brought above excursion level
