(Compass Minerals). This report covers the period from l2lOt/2}24 to 0513112025. ln lieu of attaching a list of permit requirements for which there were deviations, below is a list of deviation and breakdown reports submitted in accordance with permit provision l.S.2.c and UAC R307-1-5a(3)(cXii) for the indicated reporting period.
