Dustin Oyler Torrey Town PO BOX 750027
Torrey, UT 84775 Subject: Letter of Compliance Advisory – Torrey Town Failure to submit certificate of delivery for public notification, UTAH28007
Dustin Oyler:
Our records indicate that your system is in violation of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Primary Drinking Water Regulation 40 CFR 141.90 (f). The certificate of delivery for public notifications for lead, galvanized requiring replacement (GRR), and unknown service
lines was due July 1, 2025. This letter serves as a notice that the Torrey Town Water System failed to submit the certificate of delivery for the public notification by the July 1, 2025 deadline. Failure to distribute public notifications to consumers served by lead, galvanized requiring replacement (GRR), and unknown
service lines, and submitting a certificate of delivery for public notification by the deadline may
lead to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) taking further enforcement action. To return to compliance and avoid further enforcement action by the EPA, you must certify to the Utah Division of Drinking Water that you have complied with the public notification requirements
by submitting the Certificate of Delivery for Public Notification. If you have yet to provide the required public notice, you can find public notice instructions, public notice templates, and the link to submit the certificate of delivery for public notification at lcrr.utah.gov. If this letter is in error, please notify the Lead Service Line Compliance Specialist, Atie Amirgol,
at (385) 303-6474 or leadinventory@utah.gov.
