The well was out of service, and pulled when I did the survey. I know Julie and maybe Dani have been
involved with this and the consecutive connection unapproval. The Operator Danny Davis text me to let
me know they were back on the well yesterday, and wanted to know what else they needed for
compliance so I sent him Julie and Dani's phone number's , because I wasn't sure where they were with
the process or involvement of the Consecutive connection approval/unapproval.
Attached is a letter Julie forwarded to me when I was processing their Survey.

Good morning,
This is Laura @ River's Edge Resort. System # 2605.
I am wring regarding the deficiency we have for an unapproved connecon to Jordanelle Special Services
District
(JSSD).
We are now ONLY running on our water source of the Jordan well.
We have switched off the connecon to JSSD, and will NOT use it unl the connecon has been approved
as an operang system.
We are acvely in the process of geng the approved connecon.
