In accordance with Section 311 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), Questar Gas
Co. d/b/a Enbridge Gas Utah is submitting a safety data sheet (SDS) for storage of a new chemical at the Little Mountain
In Line Inspection (ILI) facility in quantities greater than the threshold planning quantity. The material referenced below will
be included in the facility’s 2025 Tier II Chemical Inventory report due by March 1, 2026.

The Little Mountain ILI Facility is located at 588 Emigration Canyon Rd. in Emigration, Salt Lake County, UT
(40.773832, -111.718559). The facility Emergency Coordinator is Mr. Craig Howard, who can be contacted
