Exception Granted: R309-550-7 | The basis for your request for an exception to R309-550-7 is that due to multiple utilities within the road right-of-
way, the previously approved design corridor for the water main is not viable. The revised alignment is along the north edge of the existing asphalt
roadway. This alignment results in the proposed water main being closer than the 10 feet horizontal separation allowed by Rule 309-550-7.
Approximately 145 feet of water main from Mountain View eastward will be within the minimum separation zone, with only 5½’ of horizontal
separation.
