Hey again Quinn, I have taken your comments back to them to try to ensure section 6.4 and 6.5 meet the request you
made in your last letter, and here is the revised document.
Once you think it's good, I'm going to tell them that the VCP is prepared for them to move on our 30-day public comment
period, and get the final document online.

Hello, the DEQ VCP program has coordinated with the tanks program to review your revised RAP dated August 5, 2025.
Based on this review of the RAP the VCP has no further comments and can accept the document under our program. I
will be sending out a formal letter to convey this acceptance. While the formal letter is in transit, please treat this email as
approval from the VCP to proceed for the purposes of publishing this document for public comment, and for approaching
interested parties and nearby property owners to provide notice. When you have published your notice, please notify me
for our records and so that we will be aware that the public comment period has begun.
Please contact me if you have any other questions or need to coordinate with me.
