The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has no further comments on this Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) for confirmation soil samples in Phase I of the Airport West Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) site. The DERR accepts this under the VCP. Please keep us apprised of the schedule for collection of samples under this plan.
