Is the work being performed in a manner consistent with the accepted workplan? Yes

SUMMARY: DERR met with Terracon on-site to identify trench and hummock locations prior
to the commencement of fieldwork scheduled for the following week. Locations were identified
with stakes and spaced around the site in accordance with the Workplan. DERR was present for
the selection of all trench and hummock locations.
