The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has received and reviewed
the following documents as part of Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) activities occurring at the
Power Redevelopment Project site:

● Hill West Environmental, Power District Redevelopment Project- Groundwater Monitoring
Report- August 2023 (Revised), dated April 2, 2024; and
● Hill West Environmental, Power District Redevelopment Project- Groundwater Monitoring
Report- November 2023 (Revised), dated April 2, 2024.

The DERR worked with your environmental consultant to address and resolve previous
technical comments. As such, the DERR has no additional technical comments and hereby accepts
the above documents under the VCP.
