Kinder Morgan Altamont LLC (Kinder Morgan) is providing an annual report for reciprocating compressors
C-252, C253, C-256, and C-257 as required by 40 CFR 60.5420a for the reporting period of January 1, 2023
through December 31, 2023. The referenced compressors are affected reciprocating compressor facilities
with respect to NSPS OOOOa, Standards of Performance for Crude Oil and Natural Gas Facilities for which
Construction, Modification, or Reconstruction Commenced After September 18, 2015. Please note,
compressor C-258 is subject to 40 CFR 60.5420a, however, compressor C-258 has not yet commenced
construction and is therefore excluded from this report.
