Dear Mr. Bird,
In accordance with Title V Operating Permit Condition II.B.4.a, Condition II.B.6.a, and 40 CFR
61.357, Clean Harbors Aragonite, LLC is submitting the First Quarter 2024 Beruene NESHAP
Quarterly Report. The following table indicates CHA compliance status with the quarterly
reporting requirements for benzene operations for the first quarter of 2024 as indicated below.

Each 3-hour period of operation during which
the average temperature of the gas stream in the
combustion zone of the incinerator, as measured
by the temperature monitoring device, is more
than 28oC (50"F) below the design combustion
zone temperature.

automatic waste feed cutoffs ore
implemented whenever incinerator falls
outside of the required designed combustion
temoeroture zone.
Each occurrence when the carbon in a carbon
absorber system is not replaced at the
oredetermined time interval.

For a cover and close-vent system monitored in
accordance with (c) of monitoring, identifr any
period in which the pressure in the unit is equal
to or sreater than atmospheric pressure.
