Dear Mr. Bird,
In accordance with Title V Permit condition II.B.2.k.3(i), Clean Harbors Aragonite, LLC (CHA) is
submitting the Semi-Annual Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction Report for January through June
of 2023. This report requires CHA to submit all startups, shutdowns, and malfunctions that
occurred in the reporting period and include the number, duration, and a brief description of each
occurrence. This information can be seen in Table 1. All occurrences were handled consistent with
the facilities Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction Plan.
