I looked at the service ticket and on March 4, 2025, one of our maintenance technicians
had a note saying that he replaced the handle swivel, which fixed the problem, and that
the auto shut-off function of the nozzle was now working.

Hello Russell,

I've gone through the report and see no mention of repairs to the faulty pump handle,
#22. Were repairs made? Just send me an email response if the equipment was checked
or repaired.
