We are in receipt of the certified mailing from Chad Gilgen, Manager, Minor Source Compliance Section. In response to
the letter please find the attached status of paint systems and components we have change to effective July 2025. While
our response has not been as swift as hoped, the two customers that we paint for on a regular basis have long specified
the coating systems. These companies are multinational organizations, and the time needed to get them to review their
paint requirements and identify an acceptable compliant coating system proceeded at a snail’s pace. The attached
spreadsheet represents the current coating systems we have identified and are using.

For general customer and components where it is feasible, we are shifting these to an outsourced powder coat vendor.

It is our hope that this brings us into full compliance with the criteria of UAC R307-350.
