Dear Mr. Bird,
In accordance with Title V Operating Permit Condition II.B.4.a, Condition II.B.6.a, and 40 CFR
61.357, Clean Harbors Aragonite, LLC is submitting the Fourth Quarter 2023 Benzene NESHAP
Quarterly Report. The following table indicates CHA compliance status with the quarterly
reporting requirements for benzene operations for the fourth quarter of 2023 as indicated below.

Each 3-hour period of operation during which
the average temperature of the gas stream in the
combustion zone of the incinerator, as measured
by the temperature monitoring device, is more
than 28oC (50"F) below the design combustion
zone temperature.
There were no 3-hour periods where the

combustion zone of the incinerator was more

automatic waste fnrd cutoffs are
implemented whenever incinerator falls
outside of the required designed combustion
