Midvale, Salt Lake County, Utah – Sampling Work Plan
Dear Mr. Reddersen:
The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has reviewed the following
document as part of the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) activities occurring at the Family Center at Fort
Union property in Midvale, Salt Lake County, Utah:
Proposed Work Plan for Installation of One Sub-Slab Soil Gas Monitoring Probe and
Supplemental Sampling of Indoor Air and Sub-Slab Soil Gas Monitoring Probes, dated
April 30, 2025.
Based on the review, the DERR has no additional technical comments and accepts the work plan.
Please schedule the work proposed as soon as possible and continue to keep the DERR informed of the
sampling schedule so the DERR may be present to observe the work.
