During yesterday’s BAT inspection (06/10/2025), it was identified that the moisture sensor in Manhole 2 was not working.
Maintenance is currently working on replacing the sensor.

Per GWQDP #UGW450005, Appendix K, Part 4.16 EnergySolutions is providing this 24-hour notification and will provide
written notification of this concern within 7 calendar days of the discovery.
