Dear Paul,
Toquerville Town has completed the construction improvements as outlined in the Toquerville
West Offsite Water plans (per the Plan Approval letter dated April 12, 2022). This letter is to
indicate the Certification of Rule Conformance that all conditions of the Plan Approval were
accomplished. We have visited the site to verify satisfactory completion of the project. Record
Drawings are attached with this letter. Bac-T tests have been performed on the new lines, the
results of which are also attached with this letter.
