This no further action applies only to the specific Release Site GWJ. This recommendation is based on the information contained in the file for this release. That information was supplied by you, your consultant, or another representative. The information submitted indicates petroleum contamination remains from this release. Specifically, there is remaining groundwater contamination that exceeds the DERR Petroleum Storage Tank Program Initial Screening Levels in the area of 2018 borings B-11 and B-12 (see attached map). The contamination is at 6-8 ft deep and at locations that are not currently considered a threat to human health or the environment according to Utah Admin. Code R311-211. This evaluation is based on current land usage, exposure pathways, potential receptors and other site- specific risk characteristics. In the future, if changes to these characteristics create a threat to human health or the environment, additional corrective action may be required.
