The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the Logan City North Valley Landfill Cell #3 Liner Installation and Quality Assurance/Quality Control
(QA/QC) Plan submitted by IGES on October 24, 2023 (DSHW-2023-210894). This document contained contract bidding documents, material specifications, construction drawings and the Construction
QA/QC Plan for the lining of Cell #3 at the Logan City North Valley Landfill Facility.
The documentation has been determined to be complete and in accordance with Utah rules and regulations and is hereby approved. Please notify the Division staff of activities during the
construction process so we can conduct periodic site inspections.
