I am wring to formally convey the results of the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget’s (GOPB) review process
for the ulizaon of the ARPA Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) allocated to your agency.
The review, iniated on 06/19/25 and concluded on 06/26/25 aimed to assess the adherence of enty SLFRF
expenditures to the guidance set forth by the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury). I am pleased to inform you
that, based on the informaon provided by the DEQ and all other relevant data available to GOPB, your agency has
been found to have ulized the SLFRF funds in strict accordance with the Treasury's guidance.
This email serves as the final leer summarizing GOPB’s review process and that we report no findings of non-
compliance or discrepancies in the ulizaon of the allocated funds.
Please be advised that while this leer concludes the current review process, GOPB remains commied to ongoing
monitoring efforts. In the event that addional reviews are deemed necessary in the future.
