This recommendation applies only to the specific Release OMB and is based on the information supplied by you, your consultant, or others. Petroleum contamination exceeding the DERR’s Initial Screening Level (ISL) standard remains in groundwater at the site from this release. The remaining petroleum contamination in groundwater is isolated in an area not currently considered a threat to human health or the environment, according to Utah Admin. Code R311-211. This evaluation is based on current land usage, exposure pathways, potential receptors, and other site-specific risk characteristics. In the future, if there is a desire to redevelop the property and/or change the land use, please contact the DERR to determine if further assessment and/or corrective action may be required.
