DaybreakParkwaySouthJordan,Utah84009FacilityLocation:SaltLakeCounty,Utah Kennecott Utah Copper LLC has requested renewal of ground water discharge permit UGW350010 to cover the operation of the Bingham Canyon Mine and Water Collection System and related facilities in Salt Lake County, Utah.The primary facilities associated with the Bingham Canyon Mine and Water Collection Systemare located on the following tracts of land(Salt Lake Base and Meridian): Township 3 South, Range 2 West - Portions of Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 29, 30, 31, 32 Township 3 South, Range 3 West - Portions of Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 33, 34, 35, and 36 Township 4 South, Range 2 West - Portions of Sections 6 and 7 Township 4 South, Range 3 West - Portions of Sections 1, 2, 3, 9, 11, and 12.
