Hey Jen,
Thanks for sending this over. I've reviewed the repairs for both the Villa and Oasis wells. The steel wool and sealant appear to have addressed the issues with the conduit openings.
I'll go ahead and mark these deficiencies as resolved.

Here are repairs for each the Villa and the Oasis.

Villa- Steel wool and a sealant were placed around the conduit to prevent insects and rodents from entering.

Oasis- Conduit was placed to cover the wiring, and we also placed steel wool and sealant to ensure insects and rodents could not enter.
