This email is the BAT notification portion to the 24-hour notification sent on February 2, 2024 (CD-2024-018). The spill was within the
Restricted Area caused by a damaged backflow valve. The repairs and clean up were completed the same day as the spill.

Per GWQD #UGW450005, Part I.4.b.2, EnergySolutions is providing this notification and will provide written notification of this concern
within 5 days of the discovery.
