Select all populations that best represent your system.
This is often confusing for new systems. If you select Unsure, please give as much
information as possible about the type of people your system will serve. We can
assist you in correctly identifying your system's population type. The Division of
Drinking Water will determine the system type based on the best available and
supplied information. A community population is full-time residents or homes that
can be occupied full-time. A non-transient, non-community population is the same
people daily but not their full-time residence (employees or students in a school,
for example). A transient non-community population is rotating or seasonal
(customers at a restaurant, church attendees, campers at a campground, or cabins
where the water is turned off for a portion of the year).
Transient Non-Community
