Dear Mr. Bird:
This letter is notification that Big West Oil, LLC will be deinventorying, degassing, inspecting, maintaining, and refilling
Tank 9. This notification is being provided in accordance with requirements of Utah SIP Section IX.H.I l.g.vi.,
$60. I I 3b(a)(5), and U AC307 -327-5(5). Tank degassing operations are currently scheduled for the week of May Sth, 2025 .
The schedule for the tank refill will depend on maintenance but is currently anticipated to return to service May 26'h,2025.
The following table provides the information required by Utah State Implementation Plan Section IX.H.l 1.g.vi.C., for a
tank degassing notifi cation:
