The New Source Performance Standards for Small Industrial-Commercial-institutional Steam
Generating Units (NSPS Boilers) 40 CFR 60 Subpart Dc reporting the quantity of fuel other than
natural gas combusted during the reporting period for primary Utah Valley Hospital Utah DAQ Site
ID 10817.
-Six month reporting period covered under this is from January 1, through June 30, 2023.
-Boiler hours of operation on diesel fuel for the reporting period is as follows:
o UVH Boiler #1 – 2.06 hours
o UVH Boiler #2 – 2.06 hours
o UVH Boiler #3 – 1.81 hours
o UVOC Boiler #1 – 1.5 hours
o UVOC Boiler #2 – 1.25 hours
o UVOC Boiler #3 – 1.5 hours
o UVOC Boiler #4 – 1.25 hours
-There were no fuel deliveries for this period. A copy of the diesel certification from the most
recent fuel delivery is included as reference.
In accordance with Utah Administrative Code R307-415-5d and based on information and belief
formed after reasonable inquiry, I certify that the statements and information in this document are
true, accurate, and complete.
