PROGRESS REPORT THIS PERIOD

Week in Review

• 29,550 CY of material was excavated from the Waste Cells and placed at the repository.
• This past week was the first full production week with Reynolds Excavation having 2 full crews onsite.
• Met with Reynolds Construction onsite on Wednesday the 25th for weekly meeting.
• Excavation took place in cells 200, 207 and in the Buffer zone.
• Leachate is being pumped from the Buffer Zone and Cell 200 to the Evaporator.
• Met with DEQ on Thursday the 26th (ET, Ninigret, and DEQ).
• Clean-cover material from the lead pile is being placed on the repository.

ET Environmental
• Met with Utah DEQ (David Bird) for weekly site visits.
o Gave project update and drove the project site with Ninigret and ET Environmental
o David Bird visited the site on Friday June 26th, 2025
• Soil Samples results for cell 236 were received from Chemtech Ford. The samples were below Action
Levels as found in the RAP.
• Weekly project meeting with DEQ, Reynolds, Ninigret and Wasatch Environmental took place on
Monday the 23rd at 2pm.
• Bill Higginbotham was onsite this week from Atlanta.

LF Construction
• Leachate plant is operational
• Road maintenance and watering of roads
• Dust control
• Dewatering of trench 200 continued and the buffer zone
• Placement of material in repository
• Load and haul of clean fill for excavation area
• Continued to Excavate the Buffer Trench. Along the buffer zone area LF has gotten into dryer material
and is no longer needing to pump water at this time.
• The truck wash is now operational at the entrance of the project
• The deep water well is now operational
• The Wheeler water tank is now operational and elevated
• The perimeter gates are installed at the LTP
• 4” Diesel pumps operational
• Placement of 20K gallon water bladders on the top of the repository
