(a)(9) The rule requires that when a water system has no lead, galvanized requiring replacement, or lead status unknown service lines (regardless of ownership) in its inventory, it may comply with the requirements using a written statement, in lieu of the inventory, declaring that the distribution system has no lead service lines or galvanized requiring replacement service lines. The statement must include a general description of all applicable sources used to make this determination. Notes:Midway's service line inventory is available on the DDW online map. However, they did not provide a letter on how they informed their customers where they could find the information on their service line.
