I reviewed our files and discussed this project with Bill Anderson to ensure that we are on the same page. DDW-2024-013876 issued on December 4, 2024 for the plan approval of Well #1 includes plan approval of the pump house. The Well has been drilled and we have as-built well information in our files. The pump house however has not yet been constructed. The operating permit will be requested following construction of the pump house. We intend to submit an application for plan approval for phase 1 of the distribution system and water tank in the next week or so. Once plan approval for the phase 1 distribution system and the water tank have been received, construction of the pump house, distribution system, and water tank will occur concurrently. Operating permits for all three components (source, distribution, storage) will then be requested following construction. You have addressed all my questions concerning administrative information changes to PWS 10048 and unless you have any concerns regarding the above application steps we will continue forward with our applications as discussed.
