NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT ON
OGDEN CITY GREEN WASTE COMPOSTING FACILITY PERMIT
The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) is considering the approval of a compost facility permit for the Ogden City Green Waste Composting Facility
located at 1845 Monroe Boulevard in Ogden, Utah. The compost facility permit application has been reviewed and determined to meet the requirements of Utah Administrative Code R315-301
through R315-322. A compost facility permit would allowfor the Ogden City Green Waste Composting Facility to operate for ten years after it is approved. The Director of the Division
is seeking public comment on the draft permit.
A 45-day public comment period to receive comments on the draft permit will commence on [Comment period start date] and end at 5:00 p.m. on [Comment period end date].

comment period and was supported with sufficient information or documentation to enable the director to fully consider the substance and significance of the issue.
