Inc. (EFRI) submitted a notice that well TW4-19 had collapsed and would need to be replaced (DRC-2025-001849). In a response dated June 18, 2025, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) confirmed the failure of TW4-19 and requested a plan for the abandonment of TW4-19 and installation of TW4-19A (DRC-2025-001864). On June 18, 2025, EFRI submitted the requested plan to abandon pumping well TW4-19 and to install new pumping well TW4-19A (Plan) (DRC-2025-001948). The Division has completed itsreview of the Plan. Based on this review, the Plan is hereby approved. Please provide at least 14 days noticeprior to beginning activities so that the Division Director or his representative can observe drilling and well installation.
