Please find the enclosed invoice from theSalt Lake Valley Solid Waste Management Facility Class I Landfill for travel costs, and Invoice #3935, #3937 and #4258from Great Salt Lake Recycling,
LLC (GSL), for the removal of waste tire piles located at the Salt Lake Valley Solid Waste Management Facility Class I Landfill (Facility) performed on March 12,13 and 26. This waste
tire clean-up is authorized for 100%reimbursement from the Utah Waste Tire Recycling Fund according to Utah Code Section 19-6-811(1)(b), with the waste tires being transported from the
Facility to GSL and processed.
The Division of Finance is authorized to reimburse Salt Lake Valley Solid Waste Management Facility Class I Landfill $2,725.92from the Utah Waste Tire Recycling Fund [as follows/or if
in Cache, Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, Weber, or Washington counties, use: as shown below if the Division of Finance finds that the aggregate reimbursements for self-transported waste tires
from state or local government landfills or transfer stations located in a county of the first or second class does not exceed $80,000.00 for the fiscal year, according to Utah Code
