SUMMARY:
DERR met with Terracon on-site to oversee the implementation of the Sampling and Analysis
Plan. Upon DERR's arrival, drillers were completing the installation of the final two groundwater
wells at the Site, and Terracon was logging the soil cores. Terracon reported no signs of staining
or odor, and PID readings were taken approximately every foot. Terracon was also finalizing the
installation of the last remaining vapor pin inside the building. Decontamination procedures were
observed.
