Director June 3, 2025 Debra Ward Lakeside 1315 E 950 S SPRINGVILLE, UT 84663 Subject: Notice of Routine Source Monitoring Requirements for Lakeside; UTAH12041 Debra Ward: This letter serves as notification of the routine source monitoring requirements for the Lakeside water system. Pursuant to R309-205 and R309-200 transient public water systems shall routinely monitor each source of drinking water for nitrate and sulfate. The Lakeside Well #3 (identified as WS001) and Lakeside Well #4 shall be sampled annually for nitrate and sulfate every three years. The next nitrate samples are due sometime between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. The next sulfate samples are due sometime between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2028. The updated monitoring requirements for the Lakeside Well #3 (WS001) and the Lakeside Well #4 (WS002) are given below. An updated monitoring schedule can be viewed any time at waterlink.utah.gov under the water monitoring section.
