The Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed the review of the 2024Annual Seeps and Springs Sampling Report dated February 17, 2025(Report) (DRC-2025-000587).
The review was based on compliance with the:1.White Mesa Uranium Mill Ground Water Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). Revision 7.7 dated February 15, 2022.2.Groundwater Discharge Permit No.
UGW370004 (Permit). Permit version that was signed on March 8, 2021.3.Sampling Plan for Seeps and Springs in the Vicinity of the White Mesa Uranium Mill. Revision 2. July 8, 2016 (Plan).
The Division review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the Permit, QAP, and Plan. This letter constitutes a closeout of the 2024 Annual Seep and Springs Sampling
