Moab CD Landfillperformed on September 26, 2023, September 28, 2023, October 9, 2023, October 12, 2023, October 16, 2023, October 17, 2023, November 14, 2023, December 19, 2023, and
December 20, 2023. This waste tire clean-up is authorized for 100% reimbursement from the Waste Tire Fund according to Utah Code 19-6-811(1)(a), with the waste tires being transported
to Liberty Tire and processed.
The Division of Finance is authorized to reimburse Liberty Tire $109,081.50 from the Utah Waste Tire Recycling Fund as follows:396.66total certified tons$275.00 per tonCost $109,081.50
