Roger:

As discussed, the wastewater tank was observed to have a small leak (1 drip every 20 seconds) from the
elbow under the tank. Beginning on May 7th through May 9th, the area under the tank was cleared of
collected materials, the vacuum truck was used to empty the tank of liquids and maintenance personnel
removed the defective part and replaced with a new elbow and fitting. During this time period the building
was out of service. On May 14th another leak was identified in proximity to the previous leak with a similar
rate but from a different point of the fittings. Maintenance personnel are working to seal the second leak.
