Since it is so deep and confined, it is a safety hazard to enter. They’re working with engineering on coming up with a solution. 5/20/25, 6:58 PM State of Utah Mail - Fwd: [EXTERNAL] Decontamination And Wash Facilities Inspection Follow-Up, BAT Failure Notification https://mail.google.com/mail/b/AEoRXRRxKDFD0ZX5xzJ99OVBy18SG_Oyxz-ggyeKmwQf8Kdt9Mpi/u/0/?ik=adf9d5e615&view=pt&search=all&permt…1/3 Regarding the grey water tank, it is on secondary containment, so it never even rose to the level of being reporting to me as a BAT issue as per the contingency plan. There was no failure in the system – the system was performing as it was designed. I was told this morning the leak has since been repaired. Hi Matt, Thanks for chatting with me earlier today about the issue with verifying the leak detection system alarm at Manhole 1A at the East Side Rotary Dump Facility. I also just wanted to follow up with you about the other BAT item we observed during the inspection on Monday, regarding the dampness we observed under the waste water storage tank at the Rail Car Wash Facility on Track No. 4. I spoke with Roger earlier today, who informed me that a leak had been identified at the facility, and that repairs were ongoing. I don't believe we received a BAT failure notification (GWQDP Part 1.G.4.b and Part 1.H.6), or a notification that the facility was taken out of service yet (Appendix K Part 4.10.2), can you update me on the status of this?
