From April17, 2025 through May01, 2025, representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control, performed Health Physics Inspection Module 6, Instrumentation. The
inspection was a verification of compliance with Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of your Radioactive Materials Licenses as they relate to radiological safety at the Clive
Facility.
The inspection consisted of reviewing EnergySolutions radiological survey instruments to verify physical condition and calibration status with instrument records.
All items inspected met applicable regulatory requirements and site procedures and no further action is required in regard to this inspection.
